On the island of Texel, commissioned by housing corporation Woontij, Skilpod built a neighborhood of no less than 87 new homes in 2019 and 2020, primarily for 1- and 2-person households.

Since both the project land and Skilpod's studio are located near waterways, the transport could be done almost entirely by water.
