In the heart of Lokeren, an old industrial site was converted into a park with houses, apartments, a playground, commercial spaces and more. Skilpod was allowed to realize a new housing development with 10 new homes here. 

In 2022, we installed all 10 homes in just one week. A completely new neighborhood in less than a week, thanks to our modular construction system.
